1725.
At a Session of ASSEMBLY begun and held at the
    City of Annapolis, in the County of Ann-Arundel,
    for the Province of Maryland, on the 15th, and
    ended the 23d Day of March, in the 11th Year of 
    the Dominion of the Right Honourable CHARLES,
    absolute lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of
    Maryland and Avalon, Lord Baron of Baltimore,
    &c.  Annoq; Domini 1725; were Enacted the following
    laws, viz.
CHARLES CALVERT, Esq; Governor.
CHAP. XXII.
An Act to restrain the ill Practices of Attorneys, and to prevent their taking Money
    Fees; and ascertaining what Fees shall be allowed to Practitioners in the
    law, who shall attend the Circuit Courts.  Lib. L. N º 5. fol. 86.  EXP.
    To continue in Force 3 Years, &c. and farther continued by 1729, ch. 22, for 3 Years, &c.
but the continuing Act was Dissented to by his Lordship.  N.B. This Act Repealed ch. 14 of
the preceding Session this Year.

CHAP. XXIV.
 An Act to revive, continue, and make good and valid in Law, all Process and Proceedings,
    in any of the COunty Courts within this province, from the First Day
    of the County Courts, held, or to be holden, in this Month of March one
    Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-five, until the First Day of the several
    County Courts that are to be held in the Month of June, Anno Domini One
    Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-six.  Lib. L. Nº 5. fol. 114.

An Act for uniting Part of Baltimore County to Ann-Arundel County.  Lib.
    L. Nº 5. fol. 118.
    N.B.  By this Act  (1.)  From and after the last Day of May 1727, the Land lying on the
South Side of Patapsco River, and contained within the Bounds following, viz.  From the Mouth
of the said Patapsco River, with the said River to the Head thereof; and from thence, bounding
on the South Side of the Main-Falls, being the Southernmost great Branch of the said River,
and running as the said Branch runs to the first Main-Fork of the said Falls; and then bounding
on the South Side of the said Southernmost Fork, till a South Course will intersect the Head
