Know All men by these presentts that I Daniell Curtis of Somersett
County in the Province of Maryland plantor Doe Stand firmly bound
and indebted to Hannah Armstrong of Boston in New England widow
the relict and Sole executrix of Mathew Armstron late of Boston
in New England Marriner Deceased) in the full and Just summe or
Quantity of ffoure thousand pounds of good Sound marchantable tobacco
and Caske to be paid in some Convenient place in Anamessex, or
Manoakin in Somersett County aforesaid to the said Hannah Armstrong
her heires executors: or Certaine Attorney at or upon the tenth day of
october next ensueing the Date hereof for the true performance where
of the said Daniell Curtis Doth binde himselfe his heires executors:
and admrs: firmly by these presents In wittnes whereof the said
Daniell Curtis doth hereunto putt his hand and Seale this 11th:
day of January Ao: Do: one thousand Six hundred seaventy & one
