Curtis Creek, and also to build a bridge over Cabin Branch, a

 

tributary of said Curtis Creek, and to provide by the issuance of

 

bonds the means for building the same, and making said bridge

dred and twenty-three of the Acts of the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, passed at its January Session, 1860, entitled an "Act to

 

incorporate a company to build a turnpike road from the George-

 

town turnpike to the public road leading from' Adamstown to

 

Greenfield Mills," and to re-enact said section with amendments.
