This day the Constables of theire Severall & respective hundreds brought in their Se Lists of
Tythables vizt William Innis Constable of Boquetenorten hundred Taxables there ... 195
William Nelson Constable of Mattapeny hundred Taxables there . . . . 89
John Perkins Constable of Pocomoke hundred Taxables there . . . . . . 271
Isaac Horsey Constable of Anamessex hundred Taxables there . . . . . 147

And whereas there is found A deficiency of William Elgate Constable of Wicocomoco hundred in
not bringing in his List of Tythables this day before the Justices It is ordered That the Said William
Elgate make a Speedy returne of his List one to the Sherife another to the Clerk at his office at Capta:
William Colebournes in Manoakin both fairely writt and his name Subscribed that the yeare AbC
List hereof he is not to faile at his perill The Sherife to make knowne this order to him forthwith/;
Ordered that the overseers at Wiccocomoco forthwith Cause to be amended the bridge : h----

Ordered That the Severall and respective overseers Cause the Inhabitants to amed their majesties
high waies and Bridges in their respective precincts before the fifth day of November next
The Sherife to give notice by Caryeing y overseers Copyes of this order ~ ~ ~ ~
Ordered that the Constable of Anamessex hundred take the body of Emanuell Negroe belonging to Collo
William Colebourne & according to his request him Safely Secure so yt you Cary him before the next
Justice of peace The Said Colebourne having notice thereof hearing the Complaint To have Judgement
according to demerritt ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Ordered That the Sherife give Notice to every respective Justice of the Peace to meete on the Second Tuesday
in November next at the Court house there to Sitt in Court on theire Majesties Service / ~ ~
Ordered That the Clerke issue forth Process in theire Majesties name returnable the Second Tuesday
in November next / ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Whereas Complainte was made this day to his Majesties Justices of the Peace That Dennis Duskin of
this County entertained the Servants of Miles Grey Stephen Horsey & Randall Revell the sd: Dennis
appearing It is ordered That Dennis Duskin appeare before theire Majesties Justices of the peace at
A Court to be holden The Second Tuesday in November next then & there to answr: what Shall be then alleadged
agt: him by Miles Grey Stephen Horsey & Randall Revell in the meane time to be of y good behaviour especially
to Miles Grey Stephen Horsey & Randall Revell, also Miles Grey & Randall Revell to enter into recognizance
to Prosecute ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Dennis Duskin you doe acknowledge to owe and Stand indebted to theire Royall Majesties William & Mary King
& Queene of England ffrance & Ireland &c in Summe of twenty pounds money Sterl To be Levied on yor lands
Tenements goods & Chattles ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Samuell Jones you doe acknowledge to owe & Stand indebted to theire Royall Majesties William & Mary
recognizance King & Queene of England france & Ireland &c in Summe of Ten pounds money Sterl. to be Levied on your
lands
Tenements goods & Chattles ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The Condicon of this recognizance is Such that if Dennis Duskin Doe personally appeare before his
Majesties Justices of the peace at A Cort: to be holden y Second Tuesday in November next ------
y Complainte of Miles Grey Stephen Horsey & Randall Revell then & there to abide Judgment (and)
in the Meane time to be of the good abearance to all their Majesties Subjects here in this Cou(nty)
especially to Miles Grey Stephen Horsey & Randall Revell That the recognizance to be (void)
& of none effect else to Stand & remayne in full force power & vertue/
the wch recognizance they answered before the Justices they were Content /
