WORCESTER COUNTY.

Shall report
annually.

SEC, 6. And be it enacted, That the trustees of each district
shall make a true and full report annually to the board of pri-
mary education, at their first meeting after the first day of
June, the whole number of children educated at their school
the past year, the period that each has gone, and the price
paid for the tuition of each scholar, designating the proper
subjects of the free school fund, and the condition of their
district generally, and the school-house of said district.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted. That in the event any vacancy
shall occur from resignation, death, removal out of the school
district, refusal to serve, the remaining member or members of
the board shall have the right to fill such vacancy until the
next election of trustees.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That when any district board of
trustees, shall have organized as herein required and shall
have apprized the board of primary education of their organi-
zation, and shall have reported the condition of their district,

quired, the board of primary education are hereby authorized
and empowered to allow, to be paid as the commissioners shall
direct, for purchasing, building, renting and repairing any

quired to allow to every teacher, whose account shall be

exceeding eighty cents per month, for each scholar he may

free school fund, so far as the funds apportioned to that parti-

built, or rent as soon as may be consistently with the provi-
sions herein after named, a school-house in each school dis-
