            ROBERT BOWIE, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer of the western shore be, and he is hereby authorised
and required, to pay the several persons, their executors, administrators,
assigns or orders, or to such of them as shall offer to receive
the same, the several sums of current money allowed to them
respectively as they appear to be settled and ascertained by the
said journal of accounts, out of any money now in the treasury,
or that shall come into the treasury, subject to the appropriation
of the general assembly.

                                CHAP. CCXVIII.
An Act for the benefit of William Davis and Elizabeth Davis, of
            Anne-Arundel County.

Passed Jan. 7, 1812.
    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the levy court of Anne-Arundel county shall, and they are hereby
empowered, at their levy court annually, so long as they shall see
cause, to assess and levy on the assessable property of said county,
a sum of money not exceeding sixty dollars, for the support and 
maintenance of the said William Davis, and Elizabeth Davis his
sister, who is an ideot, and that the same be collected annually by
the collector of Anne-Arundel county, and by him paid to the said
William Davis, or his order.
Levy authorised
for their support.

all such acts, and parts of acts of assembly, as would expire with
the present session of assembly be and the same are hereby continued
for one year from the passage of this act, and until the end of
the next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter.
