    Money to be levied for the support of John Fossit,
    The Buckingham Academy incorporated, &c.
    Money to be levied for the support of Charles Dashiel,
—Same—Elizabeth Christopher,
    A road to be laid out, at Crooksy Hill
Road, thence to intersect the west line between this
state and Delaware, &c.
    Part of the election district No. 1 added to district
No. 2, not to interfere with the business of the commissioners
of the tax under the act of 1812, ch. 191,
    A road to be laid out from Parramore's landing to
intersect the Boquetonorton road,
    Money to be levied for the support of Mary Jackson,
—Same, Nelly White,
—Same, Thomas Noble, and others,
    The Union Company of Snow Hill incorporated for
erecting a steam mill and manufacturing establishment,
    The place of holding the elections in the third
election district altered,
    The act of 1796, ch. 17, for opening the navigation
of the river Pocomoke, (where not inconsistent with this
act,) revived and declared in full force,
    Money to be levied for the support of Ebenezer
Truitt,
    Money to be levied for the support of Eli Tarr,
—Same, Isaac Tier,
    Commissioners of the school fund appointed,
    Ground to be laid out for a wharf and lumber yard
at Mattapony landing,
    Provisions relating to the public roads,
    So much of the act of 1816, ch. 181, as is inconsistent
with this act, repealed,
    A supplement—parts of the principal act inconsistent
therewith repealed,
    Money to be levied for the support of Sally Brice,
    The powers of the trustees of the poor enlarged as to
out pensioners,
    Nothing in the act to regulate the manner of obtaining
and altering public roads, to extend to Worcester
county,
    Swine prevented from going at large, in Salisbury,
and the act of 1801, ch. 3, where repugnant, repealed,
    Salisbury academy incorporated, &c.
    Real and personal property to be revalued,
    Declared unlawful to obstruct the navigation of the
rivers in Worcester or Somerset county, by throwing
out ballast or keeping wears, &c.
—Penalty imposed,

    Of Mechanics and manufacturers, actually and
constantly employed in their respective occupations,
not to be valued for the public assessment, 

    Empowered to hire labourers in Worcester county,
—Commission to be allowed by the county court,
—The county clerk empowered to take his bond
with security, in the vacation of the court,

    Of Prince George's county—money to be levied for
her support,

    Punishment for stealing, embezzling, razing, &c.
