                                        No. 59.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he
is hereby authorised, to pay annually, in quarterly payments, to
Bennet Mudd, of Charles county, an old soldier, or his order, the
half pay of a sergeant during the remainder of his life.

    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he
is hereby directed, to pay unto John Smith, of Charles county,
late a revolutionary soldier, or to his order, annually, in quarterly
payments, during life, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a 
private.

                                        No. 61.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore pay out of
any unappropriated money in the treasury, to Ely Dorsey, of Ely, 
of Frederick county, or to his order, a sum of nine hundred and
sixty dollars, in full consideration of his services during the revolutionary
war.

                                        No. 62.
    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be, and he
is hereby directed, to pay unto Reuben Moore, of Dorchester
county, late a private in the revolutionary war, or to his order,
annually, in quarterly payments, a sum of money equal to the half
pay of a private, as a further remuneration for his services during
the revolutionary war.

is hereby directed, to pay unto William Wall, of Dorchester county,
an old soldier, or to his order, annually, in quarterly payments, 
a sum of  money equal to the half pay of a private, as a further remuneration
for his services during the revolutionary war.

    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he
is hereby authorised and directed, to pay unto Samuel Griffith, an
old revolutionary officer, or his order, during his life, a sum of 
money equal to the half pay of a captain, annually, in quarterly
payments, out of any unappropriated money in the treasury.

    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he
is hereby authorised, to pay to Osborn Williams, or to his order,
in quarterly payments, the half pay of a lieutenant during his life.

    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be, and he
is hereby authorised and directed, to pay to William Hempston, of
Montgomery county, an old revolutionary soldier, or to his order, 
a sum of money annually, in quarterly payments, equal to the half
pay of a private soldier.

    RESOLVED, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he
hereby is directed, to pay unto George King, late a revolutionary
soldier, or to his order, annually, in quarterly payments, during
