SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That George L. VanBibber, A. Henry Strasbaugh, Stev-

 

enson A. Williams, Hugh A. Jones and William S. Forwood,

 

Jr., be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners, and

 

they or a majority of them are authorized and empowered by

 

virtue of this Act to contract for and superintend the building
of an addition to the Court House in Belair sufficiently large
