1831.

Sec. 2. A/id be it enacted, That the said John Jacob
Finfrock shall not, by virtue of his marriage with the said
Elizabefh Finfrock, be in any manner entitled to, and that
the said John Jacob Finfrock shall not be authorised to
have or claim, any right, title or interest, in the estate, real,
personal or mixed, of the said Elizabeth Finfrock, whether
acquired by her prior to, or to be acquired by her after
the passage of this act; nor shall the said Elizabeth Fin-
frock, be in any manner entitled to have or claim, any right,
title, or interest in the estate, real, personal or mixed, of
the said John Jacob Finfrock, whether acquired by him
prior to, or to be acquired by him after the passage of this
act.

CHAP. 1 53.

All claims bawd.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the executors of Henry
Finfrock, late of Frederick county, deceased, be, and they
are hereby authorised and required, to pay over to Eliza-
beth Finfrock, the grand daughter of the slid Henry Fin-
frock, any sum of money she may be entitled to receive,
under the provisions of his said will, and any writing-, sign
ed by her, and acknowledged before, and certified by a
justice of the peace of Frederick county, shall be con-
sidered a full and sufficient discharge and justification, on
the part of the executors aforesaid, for the payment of the
sum therein specified.

Payment over di-
rected.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the said John Jacob Fin-
frock, shall not be liable for any debts to be hereafter con-
tracted by the said Elizabeth Finfrock.

Liability annulled.

CHAPTER 153.

 

An act relating to the duties of the Levy Court of Mont-
gomery county.

Passed Mar. 1,1882

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
from and after the passage of this act, it shall and may be
lawful for the Levy Court of Montgomery county, to levy
on the assessable property of said county, such additional
sum of money, for the repairs of the public roads in said
county, as in the discretion of said court, shall be deemed

necessary and proper; Provided, The whole sum levied for
that object, in any une year shall not exceed the sum of
twenty-five cents, on every hundred dollars worth of assess-
able property in said county.
