same, any thing in the original law to the contrary notwith-
standing.

CHAPTER 184.

 

An act to authorise the Levy Court of Somerset county, to
levy a sum of money for the purposes therein mentioned.

Passed M.ar. 3, 1832

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That the levy court of Somerset county, be, and
they are hereby authorised and empowered, to levy on the
assessable property of said county, within the current year,
a sum of money not exceeding one hundred dollars, to be
applied under the direction of said levy court, to laying
with sheet lead, the floors of the offices of the clerk of the
county court, and of the register of wills of said county.

CHAPTER 135.

 

An. act to repeal the second section of an act passed at Decem-
ber session eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, chapter
ninety-eight.

Passed Mar. 3, 1832

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the second section of an act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, chapter ninety-eight, he
and the same is hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 186.

Repeal.

An act for the benefit of Richard Iglehart, late sheriff of
Anne Arundel county.

Passed Mar. 5, 1832

Section I. Be it enacted by the General Jlssembly of Ma-
ryland, That Richard Iglehart, late sheriff of Anne Arun-
del county, be and he is hereby authorised to collect until
the first day of July, in the year eighteen hundred and
thirty-three, all fines, forfeitures, amerciaments, officers fees,
and public dues, which were placed in his hands for collec-
tion, and which have not been collected. in the same manner
