tenants for years or at will, after the expiration of their
terms.

319 An act relating to appeals and writs of errors on
judgments of the county courts of Baltimore, Frederick and
Washington.

320 An act for the relief of Jane Freeman of the city of
Annapolis.

321 An additional supplement to the act, entitled, an act
directing the manner of issuing out attachments in this pro-
vince, and limiting the extent of them.

322 A supplement to the act, entitled an act to reduce
into one the several acts of assembly respecting elections,
and to regulate such elections.

323 An act relating to free negroes and slaves.

324 A supplement to an act to make public an old road
leading from Coalsville, in Montgomery county, to intersect
the public road from Vansville, in Prince George's county,
at or near the Point Chappel in said county, passed at De-
cember session, 1823, chapter 184.

325 An act for the benefit of Ann Kennard, of Queen
Anne's county.

326 An act for the relief of Mary Wilson of the city of
Baltimore.

327 An act to condemn and make public a certain
piece or lot of ground therein mentioned.

328 An act relating to Dugans and Mc'Elderys wharves,
in the city Baltimore.

329 An act for the payment of the journal of accounts.

330 A supplement to the act, entitled, an act to promote
internal improvement by the construction of a rail road
from Baltimore to the city of Washington.

LIST OF RESOLUTIONS.
Passed at December Session, 1831.

No. 1 A resolution for paying the members of the elec-
toral college and general assembly.

2 A resolution in favor of John Greenwood, of Freder-
ick county.

3 A resolution in favor of the crier of Harford county
court.

4 A resolution requiting the treasurer of the Western
Shore, to pay to the members from the Eastern Shore ad-
ditional itinerant expenses.
