Passed Mar 23,1836

A supplement to the act, entitled, an act to Incorporate

 

the Maryland Print Works Company.

5th sec. repealed

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

 

That the fifth section of the act to which this is a sup-

plement, be, and the same is hereby repealed; Provided,

 

that before proceeding to exercise any of the franchis-

 

es conferred by the said act, one hundred thousand dol-

 

lars shall have been paid in upon the capital stock of

 

the said company, and the same shall have been certi-

 

fied to the Treasurer of the Western Shore.

 

CHAPTER 238.

Passed Mar.21, 1836

Are act to authorise the sale of the real estate, therein

 

mentioned.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

 

That upon application to the court of chancery or to

 

Frederick county court, as a court of equity , by or in

 

behalf of the infant children of Charles Salmon, or the

 

survivors thereof, mentioned or referred to in a certain.

 

deed of trust from said Charles Salmon, now deceased,

 

to George Salmon, dated the nineteenth day of August,

 

in the year eighteen hundred and thirty, and recorded

 

among the land records of Frederick county, in Liber

 

J. S. Number 34, Folios 437, 438, 439, and 440, and

 

upon such proceedings being had as are prescribed to

 

the said court of chancery, and to the county courts as

 

courts of equity, to authorise decrees for sale of the

 

real estate of infants, it shall be lawful for said court

 

of chancery or said Frederick county court, to decree

 

a sale of the lands and real estate by said deed pur-

 

ported to be conveyed, and every right, benefit and in-

 

terest of the said children thereto, thereof or therein;

 

such sale to be on such terms as to the court shall seem

gulations as are usual in cases of sales under decrees
