In pursuance of Section 9 of Article-19 of the Code of Public
General Laws, I herewith submit a statement of the financial af-
fairs of the State for the Fiscal Year ended September 30th, 1915.

RECEIPTS

In Statement A will be found the total gross receipts from
all sources, amounting to $11,015,497 36, to which should be
added the cash balance in the Treasury proper on October 1st,
