93. The Board of County School Commissioners and the Treasurer
thereof, be and they are hereby directed and required, immediately upon,
the close of business on the last day of July of each year, to proceed to
balance their books and accounts and to close their work for the year
ending on said date, and to have the duties required of them by this sec-
tion completed before the fifteenth day of August following.

94. The several boards and officers are directed and required, when
requested by said auditing committee, or any member thereof, to lay before
the said auditing committee, all books, accounts, vouchers and other papers
relating to the receipt and disbursement of the public funds in their hands
or subject to their control; and the said several boards and officers shall
in every way expedite and facilitate the work of the said auditing com-
mittee to the end that the true financial status and condition of the said
several boards and officers of Harford County may be fully and accu-
rately determined.

95. The corporate limits of the Town of Bel Air, Harford County,
shall be contained within the following metes and bounds, to wit: Begin-
ning for the same at a white flint stone heretofore set up on the northwest
side of the State Road leading from Bel Air to Baltimore it being a cor-
ner of the lands of Doctor Howard A. Kelly and of Joseph R. Coale, and
running thence, south thirty-six (36) degrees forty-eight (48) minutes
thirty (30) seconds east twenty-eight and no (00) one-hundredths (28.00)
feet to the middle of said road, and thence with the middle thereof, north
forty-five (45) degrees thirty-six (36) minutes no (00) seconds east sev-
enteen and eighty-six one hundredths (17.86) feet, and thence leaving the
middle of the said road and running with the dividing line between the
lands of Stephen Moore and Jacob Durham, south twenty-seven (27) de-
grees forty-six (46) minutes no (00) seconds east six hundred and fifty-
three and fifty-five one-hundredths (653.55) feet to a stake, and thence
leaving the said dividing line and running across the Moore land, north
forty-three (43) degrees fifty-five (55) minutes thirty (30) seconds east
three hundred and fifty-three and fifty-nine one-hundredths (353.59) feet
to an iron pipe set by a post, at a corner of the lands of E. S. Reed and
Edward Greer, and thence running with the dividing line between the
lands of the said Reed and of the said Greer the following courses and dis-
tances, to wit: north forty-three (43) degrees fifty-five (55) minutes
