2902 ARTICLE 13.

R. H. Lee and Brother, and thence running with the north end of the
said Lee lot and extending the same through and across the Kelly lands,
south fifty-eight (58) degrees forty-seven (47) minutes thirty (30) sec-
onds west one hundred and ninety-six and three one-hundredths (196.03)
feet to a stake set in Doctor Kelly's field, and thence running through the
Kelly land and crossing Gordon Street Extended, south thirty-two (32)
degrees twenty- four (24) minutes thirty (30) seconds east three hun-
dred and twenty-six and five one-hundredths (326.05) feet to a post on
the south side of Gordon Street Extended and on one of the dividing lines
between the Kelly lands and a tract or lot of land owned and occupied
by Harvey Ewing and wife, and thence running with the dividing line
between the said lot and the Kelly land two courses, viz; south thirty-two
(32) degrees twenty-four (24) minutes thirty (30) seconds east four
hundred and twelve and ninety one-hundredths (412.90) feet to a post,
and north fifty-six (56) degrees thirty-five (35) minutes thirty (30)
seconds east two hundred and eighteen and fifty one-hundredths (218.50)
feet to a post at the southeast corner of the said Ewing lot, and thence
running with the easterly outline of the lands of Doctor Howard A. Kelly,
as follows: south thirty-two (32) degrees twenty-seven (27) minutes
thirty (30) seconds east thirteen hundred and thirty-five and no (00)
one-hundredths (1,335.00) feet to a piece of iron pipe, south five (5)
degrees four (04) minutes forty (40) seconds west three hundred and
seventy-nine and fifteen one-hundredths (379.15) feet to a stone, south
three (3) degrees fifty-two (52) minutes no (00) seconds east two hun-
dred and twelve and sixty one-hundredths (212.60) feet to a stone, and
south, thirty-six (36) degrees forty-eight (48) minutes thirty (30) sec-
onds east five hundred and twenty-six and fifty-two one-hundredths
(526.52) feet to the beginning hereof, according to a survey by Somerville
& Somerville, February, 1929; and the citizens residing within said cor-
porate limits are created a body corporate with perpetual succession by
the name of the "Town of Bel Air" with all the privileges of a body cor-
porate and the right to have and use a common seal; and shall be capable
and liable in law to sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded in any
Court of Law or Equity.

96. The Commissioners of the Town of Bel Air shall at once cause the
new metes and bounds of said town to be distinctly marked with suitable
boundary stones placed at the beginning of each line and the said Com-
missioners shall cause two plats of the survey of said town to be made and
certified by the County Surveyor of Harford County; one of which shall
be recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Harford
County and the other kept by the said Town Commissioners; and copies
of the plat recorded as aforesaid duly certified by said Clerk under the
seal of his office shall be admitted as evidence by all courts within the
State.
