of every description with printed headings and certificates necessary and
proper for the registry of voters and conduct of Elections, and for every
incidental purpose connected therewith; and the expenses thereof shall be
paid by the Mayor, Counselor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis. It
shall be the duty of the Mayor, Counselor and Aldermen of the City of
Annapolis to allow the reasonable use of the public buildings in the City of
Annapolis, for the Election Supervisors thereof, and to light and heat the
same for such use, and in all proper ways to facilitate them in the dis-
charge of their duty as such Supervisors.

8. The Board of Supervisors of Election of Annapolis shall provide
for the registration of all persons entitled to vote at Municipal Elections
in the City of Annapolis, on the second Monday of May in each year, when
a Municipal Election is to be held thereafter and on the third Monday in
May in each year, when registration is provided. The Board of Registry
in each precinct in the City of Annapolis shall receive applications in
writing, under oath, to strike from said Registration Lists the names of
persons who may not be entitled to vote at said Municipal Elections.
Such application shall comply with the provisions of Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled "Elections." On the third Monday
in May, the Registers shall sit for the sole purpose of revising said Regis-
tration Lists, and their proceedings shall be in all respects in accordance
with the provisions of said Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
and any person feeling aggrieved at a decision of said Registers shall have
the right to appeal to the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, and
said appeal shall be heard and determined as provided by said Article 33 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland.

9. The City Clerk of Annapolis shall act as the Clerk to the Board
of Supervisors of Election for the City of Annapolis, and the City Coun-
selor of the City of Annapolis shall act as its legal representative, and shall
be paid such salary as may be hereafter allowed by the Mayor, Counselor
and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis

10. The Board of Supervisors of Election for the City of Annapolis
shall nominate and appoint a Board of Registry, Judges and Clerks of
Elections for each and every voting precinct now in the City of Annapolis,
or which may hereafter be created in the City of Annapolis, in accordance
with the provisions of Article 33 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland.

11. The Board of Supervisors of Election for the City of Annapolis

shall give notice of all Elections to be held within the City of Annapolis, in
