1. The County Commissioners of Wicomico County are hereby author-
ized to sell at public or private sale the whole or any part of, or all that
piece or parcel of ground known and used as the County Almshouse Farm,
situated and lying in Quantico Election District, Wicomico County, Mary-
land, on the easterly side of and binding upon the county road leading
from the town of Quantico to Rewastico Mills, containing one hundred
and ninety-seven acres of land, more or less, being the same property that
was conveyed to the County Commissioners of Wicomico County by Levin
