CHAPTER 68
(Senate Bill 77)
AN ACT to propose an amendment to Section 21 of
Article IV of the Constitution of Maryland, title "Judi-
ciary Department", sub-title "Part III—Circuit Courts",
providing that there shall be not less than three Judges
resident in Baltimore County, stipulating certain condi-
tions under which this amendment shall be null and
void and of no further effect and submitting said
amendment to the qualified voters of the State for
adoption or rejection and removing certain obsolete
provisions from said section.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland
(Three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the
