CIRCUIT COURTS.

Chapter 84 amends and re-enacts section 9, as follows:

SEC. 1. There shall be three regular common law terms of
the Circuit Court for Allegany county, commencing at Cum-
berland on the first Monday in January, second Monday in
April and the first Monday in October in each year.

Passed February 6,1864.

COUNTY COMMISSIONERS,

Chapter 164 amends and re-enacts section 15, as follows:

2. They shall be entitled to three dollars a day for each day
they are in session, and twelve cents a mile for going to and
returning from each, meeting, if they reside out of Cumberland;
but such mileage shall not be allowed more than once for a
session of two or more consecutive days.
