59. No person or persons shall trap or shoot, or
in any manner catch or kill any partridges in Wor-
cester county, between the fifteenth day of February
and the fifteenth day of October, in each year.

60. It shall not be lawful for any person or per-
sons to trap or shoot, or in any manner catch or kill
any partridges in the county aforesaid, at any season,
in any year, during the night time.

61. Any person violating either of the preceding
sections of this article, shall pay a fine of five dollars
for each and every offence, to be recovered before a
justice of the peace, one-half of said fine to go to the
school fund, and the other half to the informer.

62. The commissioners of Worcester county are
hereby authorized and directed to accept and estab-
lish the road near the Delaware state line as a county
road, beginning at the Delaware state line and run-
ning until it intersects the old county road, leading
from the town of Laurel, in Delaware, to the town
of Salisbury, in Somerset [now in Wicomico] county;
and said road shall be considered as the division line
between that portion of Somerset and Worcester
counties.
