63. The right of way and free use of the public"
road now leading from the village of Sandy Hill to
Packer's bay, and the wharf at said bay, is hereby
declared to be the common property of Worcester
county upon the same conditions that other public

roads and wharfs are held and. occupied by said
county, and the county commissioners of said county
are hereby declared to have full right and authority
to lengthen, widen, raise, extend or in any manner
they in their judgment may deem to be for the public
interest, improve and repair said wharf as at present
located.

SCHOOLS.
1867, c. 325 repeals all inconsistent laws and enacts the following:
64. The board of school commissioners of Worces-
ter county are hereby authorized and empowered to
use and appropriate out of the permanent free school
fund of said county money to an amount not exceed-
ing twenty thousand dollars, toward building, repair-
ing and purchasing school houses in said county.
