tice of the peace of said county, shall issue his warrant for the

from the rendition of the judgment by the justice of the peace.

1876, ch. 78.

252. The six preceding sections shall not apply to the creeks,
ponds and inlets of said county, nor to Magothy river, Rhode
river or West river, from the outer point of the mouth of Rhode
river to their heads, which shall be and remain subject to the

1882, ch. 400. 1886, ch. 866.

253. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot wild fowl

of South river except on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday of
each week.

Ibid.

254. Before any person shall place any booby blind or bush
blind in or upon said waters and shoot therefrom, he shall first
obtain a license so to do from the clerk of the circuit court for
Anne Arundel county, by the payment of two dollars for the

provided, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to
prevent the owner of any blind properly licensed, from extend-
ing the privilege to any person to shoot from said blind upon the
days specified in the preceding section.

Ibid.
