BANKS.

32. Preceding thirteen sections to continue in force until end of the

Session of 1910.

1906, ch. 483.

32. The thirteen preceding sections shall continue in force
until the first day of January, 1909, and to the end of the next
session of the General Assembly thereafter.

12. Receipts of Distillery Bonded Warehouses to be within the provisions

of this Article.

1906, ch. 19.

12. Bonded warehouses of the United States, known as
distillery warehouses, as defined by and existing under the
laws of the United States of America and situated in this
State, shall be deemed to be warehouses within the contem-
plation and meaning of this act, and such distillery ware-
houses shall be subject to all the provisions of this article
not inconsistent with the laws of the United States regulating
the conduct and operation of such distillery warehouses, and
