CHAPTER 185.


AN ACT to amend section eighty of chapter four


hundred and seventy-one of the acts of eighteen


hundred and sixty-eight, entitled "An act to re-


peal article twenty-six of the Code of Public Gen-


eral Laws," and to enact a substitute therefor,


and to repeal section twenty-two of article sixteen,


sections ninety-nine to one hundred and three of


the same article, and sections thirty-three to forty-


three of article eighty-eight of the Code of Pub-


lic General Laws," relating to cemetery companies.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That section eighty of chapter four

shall any funeral or burial procession to or from any
