No. 1. An act to repeal sub-section one of section eighty-

seven of article eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws,


entitled "Frederick County," sub-title "Frederick," as


enacted by chapter four hundred and sixty-four of the acts
of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, relating to the ap-
pointment of Officers of Registration for the aldermanic


districts of Frederick city, and to enact the following sub-


section in lieu of the same.........................................

No. 2. An act to give the consent of the State to the pur-


chase of certain lots of ground in the City of Baltimore


by the United States of America, for the purpose of erect-


ing a building for a Post Office, Court House and other


Public Offices, and to cede to the United States of Ameri-


ca jurisdiction over the same, and authorizing the Mayor


and City Council of Baltimore to grant and convey cer-


tain lots of ground belonging to them to the United


States of America....................................................

No. 3. An act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of


Baltimore to issue bonds of said city to an amount not ex-


ceeding two hundred and fifty thousand dollars, as pro-


vided by an ordinance of said Mayor and City Council of


Baltimore, entitled " An ordinance for the improvement


of Harford Run and for the construction of a Lateral


Sewer under the beds of certain streets, and to provide


for defraying the costs of the same. Approved October


11th, 1879.............................................................

No. 4. An act to repeal section one hundred and fifty eight


of article four of the Code of Public Local Laws, title


" City of Baltimore," sub-title " Crimes and Punishments,"


and to re-enact the same with amendments..........

the grounds, buildings and appurtenances known as the


Pikesville Arsenal in Baltimore county in this State.
