CHAPTER 4.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section


three of article twenty-one, of the Code of Public General


Laws, title conveyancing as enacted by chapter two hun-


dred and thirty -two of the acts of the General Assembly


of Maryland, passed at January session, eighteen hundred


and ninety.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That section three of article twenty-one, of the


Code of Public General Laws, title conveyancing as enacted


by chapter two hundred and thirty-two of the acts of the

pealed and re-enacted to read as follows :
