                                   CHAPTER 47.

AN ACT to appoint trustees for William Taylor, a lunatic,
     of Bucks county, Pennsylvania, and to enable said
     trustees to sell the real estate of said Taylor, situate
     in Queen Anne's county.
Preamble.
     WHEREAS, Robert Taylor, Sarah T. Allen, Edward
Taylor, Michael Taylor, Caleb N. Taylor, Thomas N.
Taylor, Emma L. Taylor and Franklin Taylor, the
brothers and sisters of one William Taylor, all of Bucks
county, in the State of Pennsylvania, and also the
heirs at law of one Michael Taylor, deceased, of Burlington
county, in the State of New Jersey, together
with Ann Newbold, Mary T. Hyatt, Thomas Newbold,
and William Black, the husband of Ann Black,
other heirs at law of the said Michael Taylor, have, by
their memorial, represented to the General Assembly of
Maryland, that the said Michael Taylor hath departed
this life intestate, leaving the above recited persons, together
with one Michael Newbold, his heirs at law, and
seized of a valuable real estate in Queen Anne's county,
in this State; and whereas, it hath in like manner been
represented by the parties aforesaid, and by Stephen
Woolsten and Thomas N. Taylor, of the said county
of Bucks, in the State of Pennsylvania, by their memorial,
that the aforementioned William Taylor is a
lunatic and of insane mind, and hath been so found by
an inquisition, which issued out of the court of Common
Pleas for the said county of Bucks, and the said
Stephen Woolsten and Thomas N. Taylor duly appointed
the committee of the estate of the said William
Taylor, lunatic; and whereas, the before mentioned
persons have applied to this General Assembly for the
passage of an act of Assembly, authorising and empowering
the said Stephen Woolsten and Thomas N.
Taylor to sell all the right and estate of the said William
Taylor, in the said described real estate whereof
the said Michael Taylor died seized, in Queen Anne's
county aforesaid; Therefore,
     Trustees appointed
to sell
real estate.
     SEC. 1.  And be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland,
That Stephen Woolsten and Thomas
N. Taylor, of Bucks county, in the State of Pennsylvania
be, and they are hereby appointed trustees for the
benefit of William Taylor, of the said county of Bucks,
a lunatic, and of insane mind, with full power and
authority to sell, convey, and dispose of absolutely, any
real estate or other property, which the said William
Taylor may possess, and to which he is entitled, situate,
