    15.  An act to make valid a deed from John W. Ratcliff and
Margaret Ratcliff, his wife, to Lewis Barrett.
    16.  An act to authorising the Commissioners of Allegany county
to levy and assess upon the taxable property of said county, a
certain sum of money for the use of James Twigg.
    17.  An act appropriating a sum of money to pay the Commissioner,
Clerk and Witnesses, in the contested election for Register
of Wills for Howard county.
    18.  An act to alter and amend the charter of the Parker Vein
Coal Company, passed at the December session, eighteen hundred
and forty-nine, chapter fifty-six, and amended at the January
session, eighteen hundred and fifty-two, chapter three hundred
and fifty-nine, so as to authorise an increase of its capital stock;
also to allow said company to hold more land, to increase the
number of its directors, and also to authorise said company to
subscribe to the capital stock of certain incorporated companies.
    19.  An act for the relief of the Association of the Church of
St. Vincent de Paul, in the City of Baltimore.
    20.  An act in addition to an act entitled an act to incorporate
John Brants Iron and Coal Company, passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-five, chapter one hundred and
thirty-seven.
    21.  An act to authorise the Governor to affix the Great Seal to
patents.
    22.  An act to require the Treasurer of Baltimore county to
keep a separate account of all moneys received by him for the
use of the public schools of said county, from other county funds.
    23.  An act to amend an act entitled an act to provide for the
establishment of an Almshouse in Carroll county, passed January
session, eighteen hundred and fifty-two, chapter two hundred and
forty-eight.
    24.  An act providing for the payment of expenses incurred in
repairing the furnace of the House of Delegates, and for materials
furnished and work done in the chambers and committee
rooms of the Houses of the General Assembly, and the State
Library.
    25.  An act to authorise the George's Creek Coal and Iron
Company to increase the amount of capital stock thereof.
    26.  An additional supplement to the act, entitled an act incorporating
the Master and Wardens of Chester Lodge, No. 83, of
the Free and Accepted Masons, for the purposes therein mentioned,
passed at December session, eighteen hundred and twenty-five,
chapter one hundred and forty-three.
    27.  An act to make public a certain road in the First Election
