of Taxes for said county.

    440.  An act to make valid the official acts of such persons as
were Commissioners under the act of eighteen hundred and
thirty-seven, chapter ninety-seven, and who were not appointed
under the amendatory act of eighteen hundred and fifty-two,
chapter one hundred and six.
    441.  An act to continue the existence of the several Banking
Institutions therein mentioned.
    442.  An act to amend the charter of the Weverton Manufacturing
Company, passed at December Session, eighteen hundred
and thirty-four, chapter one hundred and forty-four.
    443.  An act to amend the act to incorporate the Baltimore
City Domicil Society, passed December session , eighteen hundred
and forty-nine, chapter four hundred and sixty-six, by extending
to the Baltimore City Domicil Society, the benefits and
privileges of the act authorising the incorporation of Homestead
or Building Associations, in this State, passed January session,
eighteen hundred and fifty-two, chapter one hundred and forty-eight.
    444.  An act relating to the emoluments of Clerks and Registers.
    445.  An act for the protection of Mechanics and others, in
Dorchester and Talbot counties.
    446.  An act to repeal the proviso to the act of eighteen hundred
and thirty-seven, chapter twenty-three, entitled a supplement
to an act entitled an act to prohibit the owners of vessels
and others, from navigating the same, by and under the sole command
of negroes or mulattoes, passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and thirty-six, chapter one hundred and fifty, as
relates to Anne Arundel county.
    447.  An act to authorise the Courts of this State to admit
David O'Connell to practice law therein.
    448.  An act to provide a seal for the office of the Secretary of
State, and for authenticating his records.
    449.  An act to incorporate the Bank of Howard county.
    450.  An act declaratory of the law concerning contempts of
Courts.
    451.  An act to confer on the Superior Court of Baltimore
city, concurrent jurisdiction in the matter of opening and closing
streets.
    452.  An act to provide for the location of a County Seat for
Baltimore county.
