To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, BERTRAM L. BOONS II, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
194 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland as
amended by Chapter 934 of the Acts of 1945, DO HEREBY
CERTIFY, That Chapter 1077 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1945, provided for the submission of
said Act to the voters of the town of Cecilton for their
adoption or rejection under the provisions of the Constitu-
tion of the State, said Act being:

"An Act relating to the addition of five new sections to
Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, relating to Sunday movies in Cecil County".

AND I DO CERTIFY, That said election was not held in the
lown of Cecilton as provided by Chapter 1077 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1945.
