execution by the collector of taxes of Pocomoke City in all
respects as the other town taxes of Pocomoke City are col-
lectible, or said taxes may be collected in the name of the
Mayor and Council as debts are collected, or the Mayor and
Council of Pocomoke City may by ordinance adopt and
enforce some other manner of collecting the same.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 345.

AN ACT to create and establish a new election district in
Prince George's County and to provide for the proper
registration of the legal and qualified voters therein.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That a new election district in Prince George's county,
Maryland, be and the same is hereby created and established
from parts of District No. 16, now known as Hyattsville Dis-
trict, and District No. 2, now known as Bladensburg Dis-
trict, said new district to be known as " Hyattsville
District" or "District No. 16," and the remaining portion
of the now existing Hyattsville District to be known as
"Chillum" District, or "District No. 17."
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the election district so to
be created and established shall be within the following

metes and bounds and practically by the following courses,
that is to say: Beginning at the point where the tracks of
the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad cross the " Northwest
Branch" and running thence with the meanders of said
branch in a westerly direction to the point where the said
branch leaves the corporate limits of Hyattsville; thence in
a northerly direction running with the western corporate
limits of Hyattsville to the old Bladensburg road; thence
continuing in a northerly direction to the point where the
"Ellerville road" intersets the "New Cut road;" thence
in a northeasterly direction with said "New Cut road" to
its intersection with the " Coalsville road;" thence in a
northerly direction with said last mentioned road to where
it intersects the public road leading to the Maryland Agricul-
tural College; thence in an easterly direction with the present
