and 99, the same providing for the organization, duties and

to said Article, as repealed and re-enacted by said Act of 1916,

said additional sections to follow immediately after Sections

VI, XII and 82, respectively, of said Article, and to be num-

bered, respectively, VI-A, XII-A and 82-A ....................

companies, homestead and building associations or any associa-

mortgages, leasing or otherwise dealing in real or leasehold

estate, to buy, hold or lend upon United States bonds and bonds
