A. W. BRADFORD, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.

fifteen, section one hundred and twenty, section
one hundred and twenty-one, section one hundred
and twenty-two, and section one hundred and
twenty-three, of Article eighty-one of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled, Revenues and
Taxes, and relating to tax on commissions of Trus-
tees and Receivers, be and the same hereby are
repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage, but shall
not be construed to release from tax the commis-
sions of any Trustee or Receiver appointed, which
have been assessed prior to the passage of this act.
