Amendatory of an act passed by the
General Assembly, at its January ses-
sion, 1853, chapter 302, incorporating
the Frederick and Monocacy Turnpike




To amend an act entitled, a supple-
ment to an act to. authorize a lottery, to
raise a sum of money to make a turn-
pike road from the town of Westmins-
ter, in Carroll county, through Taney-
towq, in said county, and through Em-
rnittsburg, in Frederick county, to the
Pennsylvania line, passed at December



session, 1846, chapter 242,

To repeal an act entitled, a further
additional supplement to an act enti-
tled, an act to establish and incorpo-
rate a Medical and Chirurgical Faculty
or Society, in the State of Maryland,
passed June session, 1861, chapter 42,
and to re-enact the same with amend-




To amend an act entitled, A further
supplement to the act passed January
session, 1860, chapter 196, changing
the Commissioners appointed by the act
of 1858, chapter 178, for clearing out



Pocomoke river,

To amend the, charter of the Hagers-
town and Sharpsburg Turnpike Com-
pany, passed at January session, 1853,



chapter 129,

To incorporats the village of the
Rising Sun, in Cecil county, Maryland,
passed at January session, 1860, chap-
ter 383, and to repeal the 1 65, 166, 167,
168, 169, 170, 171, 172, 173 and 174th
sections, of the 8th Article, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, and to
substitute in lieu of said sections, the
following sections incorporating the vil-



lage of the Rising Sun, in said county,
