minate at the end of six months from the date of filing the same,
and for the proper recording of said lien the Clerk of said Court
shall keep a docket, to be called "The Stallion or Jackass Lien
Docket,'' in which shall be recorded all liens filed in said County.
And it shall not be necessary for the lienor to go personally
before the Clerk of the Court to make the affidavit as to such
service, but he may make said affidavit before a Justice of the
Peace and forward it to said Clerk, with the record fees, which
shall have as full effect as if sworn to before said Clerk.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 59.

AN ACT to require the Commissioner of the Land Office of the
State of Maryland to deliver to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Charles County, Maryland, certain volumes of the Land
Records of Charles County, now in custody of said Commis-
sioner of the Dand Offices of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Commissioner of the Land Office of the State of
Maryland be, and is hereby required, upon the order of the
. Clerk of the Circuit Court for Charles County; Maryland, to
deliver to its said Clerk, or his duly authorized agent, the fol-
lowing volumes of the Land Records of Charles County. Mary-
land, now in the custody of the said Commissioner of the Land
Office:

Libers. Period.

B. No. 1.....................................1662 to 1665

C. No. 1....................................1665 to 1668

D. No. 1......................................1668 to 1670

E. No. 1.....................................1670 to 1674

F. No. 1.....................................1674 to 1676

G. No. 1.....................................1676 to 1678

H. No. 1.....................................1678 to 1680

I. No. 1.....................................1680 to 1682

K. No. 1.....................................1682 to 1684

L. No. 1..................................... 1684 to 1685

M. No. 1.....................................1685 to 1686
