                                            No. 66.

A Resolution requiring the Armourer at Annapolis to deliver
    to Captain Basil Duke, of Calvert county, certain arms and
    accoutrements therein mentioned.


Passed Mar. 1, 1830.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Armourer at Annapolis be, and he is hereby required to deliver
to Captain Basil Duke, of Calvert county, any arms or
accoutrements, not exceeding sixty of each, which the said
Duke may select, on his giving such security for the safe keeping
and return of the same as the Governor and Council may
require.

A Resolution requiring the Armorer at Annapolis to deliver to
    William V. Buskirk, captain of the Allegany Rifle Company,
    certain arms, therein mentioned.


Passed Mar. 1, 1830.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Armorer at Annapolis deliver to William V. Buskirk, captain
of the Allegany rifle company, a quantity of rifles not exceeding
sixty, upon his giving bond, approved by the governor
and council, conditioned for their safe keeping, and return into
the armory, when required by the executive.

                                            No. 68.

A Resolution, with its preamble, in favor of the State Librarian,
                                     increasing his salary.


Passed Mar. 1, 1830.
    WHEREAS, additional duties have been, at this present session,
imposed on the state librarian, and it is but equitable and
right that he should receive a just compensation for the faithful
discharge of his duties; therefore, be it

    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby authorised
and directed, to pay to the said librarian, in addition to
his present salary, the sum of two hundred dollars, in quarterly
payments, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
