the appointment of an inspector of lumber
and measurer of coals in, repealed

    His acts, as justice of the peace, for
Cecil county, confirmed

    Appointment of a trustee to make a
conveyance of a, piece of land to,

    Of Moses Robinett, to be recorded
    Supplement to the act for amending
and reducing into system, the laws, &c.
concerning, &c.
    The security of an executor, &c. conceiving
himself in danger of suffering
from the securityship, may apply to the
orphan's court, &c. to require counter
security; and on the failure to give such,
the court may revoke letters, and
appoint a new administrator, &c.
    In case the former administrator, &c.
fail to deliver over, etc. to the new administrator,
etc. he may be compelled
by attachment and sequestration of property,
and his administration bond sued,
etc.
    In case of the death of any executrix,
administratrix, or female guardian, before
a final account shall have been settled,
etc., and who shall have a husband
living at the time of her decease, it shall
be the duty of such husband to render
an account, etc. to the orphan's court,
etc. which if found correct, shall be admitted
to record, etc. as other administrators
or guardians accounts; and in
case the husband neglects to render
such account, the orphan's court shall
proceed against him by attachment, and
commit him until he shall render an account
as aforesaid.
    Where a bond may be executed and
made payable to the state of Maryland,
by an executor, etc. or guardian, for the
