30. An act authorising the Levy Court of Frederick Coun-
ty, at their disscression to levy a sum of money to erect a
brdge over Tom's Creek, on the road from Emmittsburg to
Hagers Town.

31. An act to incorporate the Harmony Beneficial so-
ciety of Baltimore.

32. An act for the benefit of St. Mary's or Silver Run
Church, Concord, or Piney Run Church, Emanuel or
Bausts Church and Benjamin Church, in Frederick County

33. An act to authorise the Burgees and Commissioners
of the town of Williamsport, in Washington County, to
lease, let, sell, or otherwise dispose of a certain lot or par-
cel of ground in said town.

a road, from the store of William Porsey, at Back Creek, in

37. An act to authorise the commissioners for Anne-
Arundel County, to sell certain property therein mentioned.

38. An act to incorporate the Vestry oi Emanuel Church,
in Frederick County.

39. An act to extend to Thomas W. Morgan, late collec-
tor of St. Mary's County, further time to complete his col-
lection and for other purposes.

40. An act to make valid the partition of certain Real Es-
tate, lying in Frederick County, in conformity with the
provisions of a certain deed made and executed by and be-
tween Henry Clagget, and Julia Clagget his Wife of the one
part, and Grafton Duvall, and Elizabeth W. Duvall, his wife,
of the other part, bearing date the 25th day of June, in the
year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and twenty
one, and recorded in Liber J. S. No. 13, folios 546, and one
of the Land Records of Frederick County aforesaid.
