126                                    March Court 1725

    Ordered by the Court here at this Day to wit the Day and year last mentioned
that the Sher of Kent County take the afd Sarah Manning into
his Custody and Execute the punishment in the Judgment afd Specified
and afterwards to bring her into Court again of which precept
the s.d Sher to wit Fredrick Hanson Gent high Sher of Kent County makes
Return on the Day and year last Said that he hath Executed the s.d
Judgment and also hath here the s.d Sarah Manning before y.e Court

    The afd Sarah Manning haveing Entered Entered into Recognizance at
last Court for her appearance at this Court to answer unto the Indictment
afd and now at this Court the s.d Sarah haveing appeared ordered that her
recognizance and her Suretys Recognizance be Discharged

    Sarah Manning of Kent County Spinster at last Court Did
Enter into Recognizance in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling
money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if
She Should not personally appear at the then next Court to be held for
Kent County to Answer to an Indictm.t found against her for felony
and if in the mean time She Should not be of Good behaviour and
now to wit this fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred
and twenty five the Day of Appearance to s.d Recognizance the
s.d Sarah appears and thereupon her Recognizance is Discharged

    Samuel Berry and Charles Neal both of Kent County planters at last
Court Did Enter into Recognizance in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl Each to be
levyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Sarah Manning Should not
personally appear at the then next Court to be held for Kent County to
Answer to the Indictment afd and if in the mean time She Should
not be of Good Behaviour and now to wit this fifteenth Day of
March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five the Day of
appearance to s.d Recognizance the s.d Sarah appears and thereupon
the s.d Samuel Berry & Charles Neal their Recog.cs and Either of them
is Discharged                                    The Suretys afd Discharged the s.d Sarah was Con.td untill
She Should have her tryall as afd y.e Sher of s.d Coty brought y.e afd Sarah in Custody to take her tryall as afd &c.a and
from y.e s.d Commitment She was Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that the Sherf of Kent County keep the s.d
Sarah Manning in Safe Custody untill She Shall Satisfie the four
fould and restore the things themselves on value thereof in the whole
                                                                                    amounting
