    Daniel Pearkins of Kent County planter at last Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in
the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd of his
Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the
afd Robert Street Should not make his personal appearance before y.e
Justices of the then next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court
house in the Town of Chester to answer unto what Should be objected ag.st
him on his Lordships behalf on Suspicion of abuseing an Orphan
of s.d County and if that in the mean time he y.e s.d Robert Should not
be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit y.e twenty first Day
of June Anno Dom. 1726  the afd Robert haveing appeared the s.d Dan.l
Pearkins his Recognizance is Discharged

Entered into Recognizance at last Court
for his appearance and Good Behav.r
at this Court and now at this Court the s.d
Dominick haveing appeared ordered that his Recog.c and his Suretys Recognizance
be Discharged

    Dominick Kenslaugh of Kent County planter at last Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the
Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of
his Goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he
Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of our ^then^ next
County Court to be held for s.d County at the Court house in the Town of Chester
to answer unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalf
and if that in the mean time he Should not be of Good Behaviour and now

    John Willson and Daniel Dullahuntey both of Kent County at last Court
as afd acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain ^Each^ to
be Levey'd of their Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally
