before the Justices of our then next Court to be held for s.d County at y.e Courthouse
in the Town of Chester to answer unto what Should be objected ag.st
him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Should not
be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the twenty first Day of
June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Six the s.d Dominick
haveing appeared the s.d John Willson and Daniel Dullahuntey their
Recog.cs and Either of them is Discharged

answer unto an Indictm.t for an Assault and in the
mean time to be of Good Behaviour and now at this
Court the s.d John haveing appeared ordered that his Recognizance and his
Suretys Recognizances be Discharged

    John Jones of Kent County planter at last Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland
in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be
Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that if he Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of
out then next Court to be held for s.d County at the Court house in the Town of
Chester to answer unto An Inditment found against him for an Assault
and Batery and if that in the mean time he Should not be of Good Behaviour
and now at this Court to wit the twenty first Day of June Anno Dom.
Seventeen hundred and twenty Six y.e s.d John haveing appeared his
Recognizance is Discharged                                                        also

    John Wooddall and Humphry Younger both of Kent County planters
at last Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry
of this Province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterling money
of Great Brittain ^Each^ to be Levey'd of their Goods and Chattels Lands & Tenements
Conditionally that if the afd John Jones Should not make his personal
appearance before the Justices of our then next Court to be held for s.d Coty
at the Court house in the Town of Chester to Answer unto an Inditment found
ag.st him for an Assault and Battery and if that in the mean time he y.e afd
