    Thereupon John Nanscoyne of Kent County planter and present herein
Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling
money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands &
Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall not make his personal appearance
at the next assises to be held for said County to give Evidence against
the s.d Richard May ^on his Lordships behalf^ where with the s.d John Nanscoyne is Content

    Ordered by the Court here that Roger Hailes Enter into Recogniz.c for his
appearance at the next Assises to be held for this County to give Evid.c
against the afd Richard May

    Thereupon Roger Hailes of Kent County planter and present herein
Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the
Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds
Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels
Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall not make his
personal appearance at the next Assizes to be held for s.d County to give
Evidence against the s.d Richard May on his Lordships behalf wherewith
the s.d Roger Hailes is Content

    Ordered by the Court here that William Saflow Enter into Recognizance
for his appearance at the next Assizes to be held for the County as a
prosecutor for his Lordship against the afd Richard May

    Thereupon William Saflow of Kent County and present here in Court
in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds
Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattels
Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall not make his
personal appearance at the next Assizes to be held for said County as a
prosecutor for his Lordship against the afd Richard May where with
the s.d William Saflow is Content

    Ordered by this Co.rt that a Copy of the afd Com.t & Recog.cs be made out & Sent to
the next assizes by the Clk of this Court

    Ordered by the Court here that M.r Tench Francis Clk of Indictments
for this Court Exhibit an Information ag.st Ephraim Gilbert for fornication

    The Court adjorns till To Morrow Morning at Eight of the Clock
