of this Province of Maryland &c.a His heires and Successors in the sume of
five pounds Sterll. Money to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements conditionally that if he should not make his personal appearance
at the then next Court to be held for the County afd To answer unto what shall
be objected against him the said Garret on his said Lordships behalf on suspicion
of Fellony and if that in the mean time he should not be of good
Behavor and now at this Court to wit the third Tuesday of August being the
Eaighteenth day of said Month Seventeen hundred and twenty four the Day
of appearance to the same Recognizance the same Garret appears
personally and no Cause being shewed to the Contrary the Justices here
Discharge his said Recognizance.

    Joseph Hull and John Dunford Both of Kent County Planters
at June Court afd did acknowledg themselves Indebted unto the Lord
Prop.ry his heires and Successors in the sume of five pounds Sterll. Money
Each to be Leveyed of their goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements conditionally
that if the afd Garret Clossey should not appear and answer unto
what shall be objected against him the same Garret on his said Lordships
behalf on Suspicion of Felloney and if that in the mean time he should
not be of good Behavor and now at this Court the said Garret haveing
appeared as is before said and no Cause being Shewed to the Contrary the
said Sur^e^ties Recognizances and Either of them are by the Justices here
discharged.

Enter into Recognizance with good Security for his appearance
at next Court to answer unto what shall be objected
against him the same Garret on his said Lordships behalf on suspicion
of Felloney and be of good Behavor

    Thereupon Garret Clossey of Kent County Planter preasent here in
Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself Indebted with the
Right Honr.ble the Lord Prop.ry of this Province of Maryland his heirs
and Successors in the sume of ten pounds Sterll. Money of Great Brittain
To be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
for the use of the said Lord Prop.ry his heires and Successors Conditionally
                                                                                                       That
