against the afd William Bonner     Thereupon Katherin Hopkins
of Kent County Spinster and present herein Court in her proper person
acknowledges Herself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great
Brittain to be Leveyed of her Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements
Conditionally that if She Shall not make her personal appearance
before the Justices of the next November Court to be held for the County afd at
the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday
of the Same Month to give Evidence for his Lordship against the afd W.m
Bonner wherewith y.e said Katherin is Content                            also

    John Burk and Thomas Kelley both of Kent County planters present
herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto
the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn
pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain Each to be Leveyed of their Goods
and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Katherin
Hopkins Shall not make her personal appearance before the Justices
of the next November Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of of the
Same Month to give Evidence for his Lordship against the afd William
Bonner wherewith the s.d John Burk and Tho.s Kelley are Content

    Ordered by the Court here that Richard Foulston Enter into Recognizance
for his appearance at next November Court to prosecute on his Lordships
behalf the afd W.m Bonner Thereupon Richard Foulston of Kent
County Cooper present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself
Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in y.e
Sume of tenn pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of
his Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall
not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next November ^Court^
to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in
the Same County on the third Teusday of the Same Month to prosecute
on his Lord^s^hips behalf the afd W.m Bonner wherewith the s.d Richard
Foulston is Content
