the afd James Wilson Jun.r Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of thirty pounds Sterl
Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance before
the Justices of the then next June Court to prosecute on his Lordships
behalf the afd Philemon Church and the said Recognizance being
Continued untill the third Teusday of August then next following the said
John Wridson Comes here to this Court to wit y.e 15.th Day of August Anno
Dom. 1727 and makes his personal appearance and thereupon his Recog.c
is Discharged

    John Brown Jun.r at last Court Entered into Recog.c for his appearance
at this Court as an Evidence for his Lordship against y.e afd Philemon Church
and now at this County y.e afd John appeareing ordered that his Recognizance
be Discharged                        John Brown Jun.r of Kent County planter at
last Court as afd acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry
of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling
Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance before
the Justices of this Court to give Evid.c for his Lordship against the afd Philemon
Church and now here to wit y.e 15.th Day of Aug.st Anno Dom. 1727 y.e

Cornelius Comegys at last Court Entered into Recognizance for his appear.c
at this Court as an Evidence for his Lordship against y.e afd Philemon Church
and now at this Court y.e afd Cornelius appeareing ordered that his Recogniz.c

at last Court as afd Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of
this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling Conditionally
