County Innholder and present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself
Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume
of five pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods
and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his s.d Lordship his heirs
and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Mary Spearman Shall not
make her personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held
for s.d County at the Court house in the Town of Chester on the third Teusday of
of November next to Answer unto What Shall be objected against her on
his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time She Shall not be of
Good Behaviour wherewith the s.d John Wilson is Content
