328                    November Court 1727

Sterling to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his
heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he should not make
his personall appearance at the then next November Court
as prosecutor against the twenty first Day of said Month Anno
Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and Seven / the time to which he
was bound / the said Richard having appeared his Recognizance
is Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that he Sherr of Kent County keep
him the said William Bonner in Safe Custody untill he shall
satisfie his fees amounting to the sum of three hundred and
Nineteen pounds of Tobacco.

The afd Mary Spearman at August
Court last being the fifteenth Day of
said Month Anno Dom Seventeen hundred
twenty and Seven was Ordered to find Security for her appearance
to next Court to Answer unto an Indictment found against
her for feloniously stealing a Checkered Linnen apron and in the
mean time to be of good behaviour

    Whereupon John Wilson of Kent County Taylor at August
Court Last being the Day and year afd Acknowledged himself ^Indebted^
Unto the Lord proprietary of this province of Maryland in the sum
of five pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain to be made and
Leveyed of his goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the
use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd Mary Spearman should not make her Personall
appearance at the then next November Court to answer unto
what shall be objected against her on an Indictment for feloniously
Stealing a Checkered Linnen apron And if that in the mean
time she should not be of good behaviour And now at this Court
here to wit the twenty first Day of November Anno Dom Seventeen
hundred twenty and Seven the time to which he was bound
the said Mary having appeared the said John Wilson his recogniz.c
