fine for her afd offence of Committing assault & Battery inform afd Confest as
also that She the s.d Mary pay the Sume of two hundred & thirty four pounds
of Tobacco Costs Accrueing on y.e premises afd to the officers of this Court

    John Wilson his Recognizance taken last August Court in the Sume of ten
pounds Curr.t money of Maryland to be Leveyed &c.a for the use of his Lordship
the Lord prop.ry of this province his heirs &c.a Conditionally that
if his wife Mary Should not make her personal appearance at the then
next November Court to answer to his Lordship for assault & Battery &
that in the mean time She Should not be of good behaviour at which said
November Court it being made appear that the afd Mary was in no Sort
Capable of appearing Big Reason of her not being well y.e afd Recogniz.c
was Continued untill the then next March Court And now here at y.e afd
March Court y.e s.d Mary haveing appeared and no Cause being Shewn
to y.e Contrary his Recognizance is Discharged

    Maurice Carty & Thomas Mauhawn both of Kent County planters
their Recognizance ^taken^ last August Court in the Sume of five pounds Current
money of Maryland ^Each^ to be Leveyed &c.a for the use of his Lordship the Lord prop.ry
of this province his heirs &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Mary Willson
Should not make her personal appearance at the then next November Court to
Answer to his Lordship for assault & Battery and if that in the mean time She
Should not be of good behaviour at which s.d November Court it being made
appear that the afd Mary was in no Sort Capable of appearing by Reason of
her not being well y.e afd Recognizance was Continued untill the then next
March Court and now here at y.e afd March Court y.e s.d Mary haveing appeared
and no Cause being Shewn to y.e Contrary their Recognizance and Either of them
is Discharged
