and Chattels Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if Isaac Ashley
shall not make his personal appearance at the next Court to be held for said
County on the third teusday of November next ensueing to answer unto his sd
Lordsp on an Indictm.t ag.t him for felloniously Stealing a Wether of the
goods and Chattels of a certain Honour Hurly and Stand & abide the Determination
of the same Court thereupon, and if in the mean time he the
Said Isaac Shall not be of good Behaviour to all his Lopps good Tennants
and keep his Lopps peace wherewith the said William and Abraham
do acknowledge themselves to be content

last Court for his appearance to an Indictm.t
for Stealing a Lamb and good Behaviour
Ordered that the same and his Suretys Recognizances be discharged

    Bowles Green of Kent County Planter at last Court did
Enter into Recogniz.ce in the sume of Twenty pounds Sterling money to be made
of his Body Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if
he should not make his personal appearance at the then next Court to be held for
said County to answer to an Indictm.t for Stealing a Ewe Lamb of the goods
and Chatels of a Certain Henry Hosier and that in the mean time he should be
of good Behaviour, to which Recognizance now to wit this Seventeenth day
of August Anno Dom Seventeen hundred & twenty five the day of appear.ce
thereto the said Bowles personally appears and no objection being made
by any person ag.t the said Bowles the said Recog.ce is discharged            also

    Robert Green and Daniel Flinn of Kent County planters at
last Court afd did Recognize and acknowledge themselves indebted to the Lord
Prop.ry in the sume of Ten pounds Sterl money each to be leveyed as afd Conditionally
that if the afd Bowles Green Should not appear & answer as afd &
be of Good Behaviour as afd above specified and now at the above Seventeenth
day of august the said Bowles haveing appeared as afd the said Robert & Daniel
are discharged from their said Recognizances

    Ordered that Bowles Green enter into Recognizance with good Security
for his appearance next Court to answer the Indictm.t for Stealing a Lamb and
Good Behaviour                                                                                Thereupon
